My baking journey started long before I realized it, as I grew up in a family

where cooking was a daily ritual. My grandmother baked, kneaded, and

cooked every day, while my grandfather handled the pasta and asados every

weekend. My parents also valued home cooking, whether sweet or savory.

Food has always been a passion in my family, even though we all pursued

other professions.

As a teenager, I studied social communication with a focus on journalism, but

my love for languages led me to study Mandarin Chinese and share my passion

for Chinese culture. After deciding to emigrate, I combined my love for

cooking with a gastronomic project alongside my sommelier husband, so I

studied pastry at the Argentine Gastronomic Institute. This gave my lifelong

hobby a professional foundation, and we opened our own business in Miami.

I love a good challenge, which is why my favorite part of baking is finding

healthy alternatives to suit various dietary needs. I currently bake breakfast

daily with my 2-year-old daughter, educating her palate with delicious, organic

ingredients. I hope she’ll grow up choosing home-cooked meals, just as I have.

To me, every bite matters. In this eBook, I’ll share some of the first recipes I

developed for eating deliciously and healthily, in a simple and practical way.

gluten-free. My goal is for you to make these your own, adding your personal
